Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting
Cohort announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 April 2025 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) are being posted or otherwise made available to its shareholders today and copies are now available on the Cohort website (at cohortplc.com/investors/results-reports-presentations) or by request.
The AGM will be held at 3.00pm on 25 September 2025 at the offices of Investec, 30 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7QP.

Communications and Intelligence
- EID designs and manufactures advanced communications systems for naval and military customers. Cohort acquired a majority stake in June 2016. www.eid.pt

It also provides high-end broadband radio transceivers and other RF Subsystems such as low noise receivers and solid-state high-power transmitters for defence and commercial customers. Sensors and Effectors
- Chess Dynamics offers surveillance, tracking and fire-control systems to the defence and security markets. Chess has been part of the Group since December 2018. www.chess-dynamics.com
- ELAC SONAR supplies advanced sonar systems and underwater communications to global customers in the naval marketplace. Acquired by Cohort in December 2020. www.elac-sonar.de
