the Austrian Stock Exchange Act ("Börsegesetz") from the Swiss investment
company UBS AG, Zurich, to the effect that this latter´s shareholding has
exceeded the 5 % threshold. As at 21st February 2008, UBS AG holds a total of
514,171 ROSENBAUER International AG shares, representing 7.56 % of the issued
share capital.
