Treasury Shares
Concurrent Technologies Plc (the "Company") announces that today it purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 42.5 pence per share. These shares will be held in Treasury.
The Company now holds 1,279,522 Ordinary Shares as Treasury Shares out of a total issued share capital of 72,700,012 shares.
