Background/Description of the Disclosure

Abacore Capital Holdings, Inc. and its group of companies extend our deepest sympathies to the family and loved ones of our Director Rodrigo C. Reyes, who joined our lord this 7th of October 2025. His passing marks the loss of a respected colleague, mentor, and leader.

Throughout his years of dedicated service to Aba, he exemplified unwavering commitment to excellence. His contributions to the Aba group will be remembered with deep gratitude.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his family during this difficult time. May they find comfort in the enduring impact of his life’s work and the esteem in which he was held by all who had the privilege to know him.
