Abacore Capital Holdings, Inc. (the "Corporation") is requesting for an extension of time to file its Annual Report (Sec Form 17-A) for the fiscal period ended December 31, 2025. The Corporation will not be able to file the abovementioned report on the deadline because the Company's external auditors were not able to complete and are still in the process of finalizing the audited consolidated financial statement as part of the Company’s 2025 Annual Report.. The Corporation undertakes to submit the report within fifteen (15) calendar days after the prescribed deadline or upon submission of the report to the Securities and Exchange Commission, whichever is earlier. The management of the Corporation understands that failure to comply with the undertaking will result in the imposition of applicable penalties and sanctions.
