Januar 2000 eigene Aktien zurück. Mit dem Hauptversammlungsbeschluss vom 14. Juli 1999 wurde der CENIT-Vorstand ermächtigt, Aktien als Finanzierungsinstrument für Unternehmensakquisitionen oder zur Kursstabilisierung zu erwerben. Danach dürfen insgesamt bis zu 400.000 eigene Stückaktien, höchstens jedoch eigene Stückaktien im rechnerischen Betrag von zehn Prozent des Grundkapitals (4 Millionen Euro) zurückgekauft werden. —————————————————————– —————————————————————– CENIT AG buys back its own shares CENIT AG Systemhaus will buy back its shares starting on January 25th. At the annual general meeting of July 14th 1999, CENIT’s board of management was authorised to acquire shares as a financing instrument for acquisitions or for stabilising the share price. According to the relevant resolution, altogether up to 400,000 own no-par-value shares may be repurchased, but not more than correspond to the book value of ten percent of equity capital (EUR 4 million).
