Heiko Büttner will be the manager of the financial ressort. Prior to his nomination to the Board, Mr. Büttner has worked for debis Systemhaus GmbH (T-Systems) as manager of the Department “Bilanzierung, Konzernabschluss und Beteiligungscontrolling”, responsible for balancing, consolidated accounts and investment controlling. Therfore, his know-how in this area is that of an expert. A further change in the Executive Board is the resignation of Norbert Fink, Manager of Human Ressources, as of 31 May 2001.
