CENIT AG Systemhaus presents new Member of the Board
Stuttgart, May 27, 2002- As of June 1st, 2002, the graduate engineer Christian
Pusch (41 y.) will be appointed a Member of the Executive Board at CENIT AG.
Christian Pusch will sign responsible for the department of finances. In the
past years, Pusch has already worked as a manager for internationally operating
companies.
Christian Pusch, born in 1960 in Berlin, began his career in 1987 working for
Krone AG in Berlin, after graduating from the Technical University of Berlin. In
1994 he changed to Thüringer Industriebeteiligungs GmbH & Co. KG. There, in his
position as the Executive Director, he was the driving force behind the
development of CDA Datenträger Albrechts GmbH to one of Europe’s leading
manufacturers of optical storage media. In the year 2001, he was appointed an
Executive Officer for Trius AG, Friedrichsdorf, where he took the postion of the
Board’s Chairman.
Christian Pusch comments his change to CENIT: I am looking forward to the new
challenge that my new position at CENIT AG, one of the leading systems houses in
the e-engineering and e-business area, will hold. I am sure that I can give new
impulses in CENIT’s already prosperous development.
Falk Engelmann, Speaker of the Executive Board, considers the company’s quest
for a suitable and competent finance director successfully completed.
