of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on CENIT AG Systemhaus,
Stuttgart, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005407100, WKN: 540710, have fallen below
the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on October 28, 2009 and on that day
amounted to 2,187% (this corresponds to 183000 Voting Rights).
