Current Report under Section 17 under the Securities Regulation Code amid COVID-19 Pandemic

Background/Description of the Disclosure

APC Group, Inc. (APC) supports the Philippine government’s efforts to curb the spread of COVID-19 virus.

As of this writing, APC does not anticipate any material impact on its business in relation to the government’s declaration of a community quarantine.

We have thus far identified critical functions, and set in place business continuity plans (BCP) to ensure continuous management of potential risks, while we prioritize the overall interest of our investors, customers, employees, and other stakeholders. Our BCP includes implementation, execution and enhancement of countermeasures to limit the operational and employee health risk. It also incorporates work-from-home scheme, employee healthcare monitoring as well as internal and external communication management system.

We will communicate constantly with our partners and stakeholders for updates through further releases and/or our company website, http://www.apcaragorn.net.
