Issue of Share Options

ECO Animal Health Group plc

(“ECO” or the “Company”)

15 September 2016

The Company announces that on 15 September 2016, the Board granted new options to certain Directors of the Company under the Company’s executive share option scheme (“New Options”). The New Options will vest on 15th September 2019 and have been granted as follows:

The aggregate 790,000 New Options issued represents approximately 1.22 per cent of the Company’s existing issued share capital. Following the issue, the Company’s total voting rights remains unchanged at 64,701,206 ordinary shares of 5p each.
