Emmerson Plc, the Moroccan focused potash development company, today announces the receipt of ordinary shares of nil par value in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by a director and PDMR.
Mr James Kelly, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, received 600,000 Ordinary Shares at 5.65 pence per share. Following this receipt, Mr Kelly holds 600,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.072% per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
