Further to the announcement made by the Company on 1 October 2015, NetScientific announces that a Circular has today been published and posted to shareholders in relation to the proposed placing to raise approximately £18.0 million (before expenses), the additional fundraising to raise up to approximately £2.0 million, the proposed waiver of Rule 9 of The City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, and the notice of General Meeting. The General Meeting is due to be held at Simmons & Simmons, 1 Ropemaker Street, London EC2Y 9HT at 9.00 a.m. on 6 November 2015.

within 10 days of Admission
Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the Admission of the new ordinary shares to trading on AIM. It is expected that Admission will occur and that dealings will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 9 November 2015.
