Filtronic plc (AIM: FTC), the designer and manufacturer of microwave electronics products for the wireless telecoms infrastructure market and adjacent markets, announces that the Company has today received notification that Michael Roller, Non-Executive Director of Filtronic, has transferred 72,887 ordinary shares to his SIPP by way of a sale at a price of 5.5 pence per ordinary share and purchase at a price of 5.64 pence per ordinary share.
The Director's shareholding is unchanged as a result of the transfer.
