Item 8.01. Other Events.

On November 15, 2022, Arconic Corporation (the “Company”) announced the completion of the sale of its Russian operations for $230 million in cash.  The sale was completed following the satisfaction of all conditions to closing, including receipt of all required approvals.  The Company expects to record an estimated loss on sale of approximately $275 million to $300 million in its fourth quarter and full year financial statements.  A copy of the press release issued in connection with the announcement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
