Notice of Annual General Meeting and 2025 Annual Report
First Property Group plc (AIM: FPO), the property fund manager and investor, announces that it will hold its Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") at the Company's registered office, 32 St James's Street, London, SW1A 1HD at noon on Wednesday, 24 September 2025.
The meeting will be hosted via the online platform, Investor Meet Company. Registration is via https://www.investormeetcompany.com/first-property-group-plc/register-investor . Once registered, invitations to the AGM and to future online meetings held on the platform will automatically be sent.
Shareholders are invited to submit questions in advance of the meeting via the Investor Meet Company platform up until 9.00 am the day before the meeting or by emailing the Company Secretary, Jill Aubrey at jill.aubrey@fprop.com . In addition, questions can be posted online during the meeting. However, shareholders will not be able to vote online during the meeting and are therefore urged to submit votes via proxy as early as possible.
If any shareholders wish to attend in person, the Board kindly requests to pre-register the intention to attend by emailing the Company Secretary, Jill Aubrey, at jill.aubrey@fprop.com .

The Company is flexible and takes an active approach to asset management. Its earnings are derived from:
· Fund management - via its FCA regulated and AIFMD approved subsidiary, First Property Asset Management Ltd ("FPAM"), which earns fees from investing for third parties in property. FPAM currently manages eleven funds which are invested across the United Kingdom, Poland and Romania.
· Group properties - principal investments by the Group to earn a return on its own capital, usually in partnership with third parties. These investments currently comprise five directly held properties in Poland, one in Romania, and non-controlling interests in nine of the eleven funds managed by FPAM.
