04 January 2016 Gamma Communications plc ("Gamma Communications plc" or the "Company") Possible disposal of PDMR shares The Company confirms that, following the exercise of options notified on 2 December 2015 and pursuant to a binding commitment made by the Company on 4 December 2015 whereby up to a maximum of 155,000 new Ordinary shares would be sold, largely to satisfy a PDMR's tax liability on those recently exercised share options, there may be a sale of PDMR shares during the forthcoming close period.
