Departure of Chief Financial Officer
Gamma Communications plc ("Gamma"), a leading provider of technology-based communication services across Europe, announces that Bill Castell, Chief Financial Officer, will be leaving Gamma in 2026.
Bill will remain with the Company as Chief Financial Officer and as an Executive Director until 31 March 2026, after which he will take up another executive role at a private equity backed business. The process to recruit a new Chief Financial Officer is underway and a further announcement will be made in due course.
