Gateley (AIM:GTLY), the professional services group, announces that it has been notified that the Company's Non-Executive Director, Colin Jones, purchased 40,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 8 August 2024 at an average price of 130.5 pence per share.
Following the transaction, Colin Jones' beneficial interest in the Company amounts to a total of 40,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.
