Gateley (AIM: GTLY), the professional services group, announces that it has been notified that the Company's Non-Executive Director , Martin Pike, purchased 40,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 7 October 2025 at an average price of 128.9 pence per share.
Following the transaction, Martin Pike's beneficial interest in the Company amounts to a total of 40,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.
