It is envisaged that voestalpine Bahnsysteme GmbH acquires a stake of 70% of the shares in Railpro B.V. The current shareholders of Railpro B.V., Strukton Groep N.V., Volker Stevin Deelnemingen B.V. and BAM NBM Rail B.V. will, after completion of the transaction, each hold 10% of the shares of Railpro B.V.
