voestalpine expands its automotive division with acquisition in Germany

The voestalpine Group is continuing to develop its automotive sector with an
acquisition in Germany. voestalpine Rotec GmbH, a company of the division
motion of the listed voestalpine AG, has purchased 100% of HTI Maschinen- und
Apparatebau GmbH.
The company manufactures a wide product range of formed tube components, which
are used primarily in the automobile industry especially in the luxury and
safety segments.
Sales of EUR 16 million were achieved in the previous business year with a
clearly positive operating result and just under 125 employees.
