On 3 February 2020, CPI PROPERTY GROUP, Luxembourg, acquired 24,258,408 shares in Globlaworth Real Estate Investments Limited ("GREIL"), representing 10.932% of GREIL's voting rights. The acquisition was done on the secondary market. As outlined in our latest notification dated 3 February 2020, which reflected shareholding position as at 31 January 2020, CPI PROPERTY GROUP previously held and controlled in aggregate 37,311,098 GREIL shares, representing 16.814% of GREIL's voting rights. As at 3 February 2020, CPI PROPERTY GROUP therefore holds and controls in aggregate 61,569,506 GREIL shares, representing 27.746% of GREIL's voting rights. Out of the aggregate shareholding in GREIL, 37,834,836 GREIL shares are held directly by CPI PROPERTY GROUP and 23,734,670 GREIL shares are held indirectly via 100% owned subsidiary Zakiono Enterprises Limited. In addition, Zakiono Enterprises Limited holds 2,830,020 warrants, exercisable into 2,830,020 GREIL shares, representing 1.275% of GREIL's voting rights. Mr. Radovan Vitek in turn holds 7,847,502,824 shares of CPI PROPERTY GROUP, representing 90.70% of CPI PROPERTY GROUP's shareholding. |
