Director's dealings
H&T Group plc ("H&T" or the "Group") was notified on 28 June 2013 that on 28 June 2013 James Thornton, a Non-Executive Director of H&T, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Group at a price of 200 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Thornton is now interested in 5,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Group representing 0.01% of H&T's issued share capital.
