Exchange Act Zumtobel AG announces that it was notified on June  25,  2007  that
Lazard Asset Management LLC, as of June 22,  2007,  holds  a  reduced  share  of
4,981% of the issued share capital and therefore now owns less than  5%  of  the
issued share capital.
