Ruffer LLP now controls the voting rights over 6,105,454 shares (11% of the voting rights) of Ilika Group, which are held by Ruffer LLP's discretionary clients.

 

This change from 9% to 11% is due to a recent placing of 4,854,903 shares in which Ruffer purchased 1,250,000 new shares. The new shares were admitted to the market on 25 February 2014.
