Grant of Long Term Incentive Plan

Ilika (AIM: IKA), a pioneer in solid-state battery technology, announces that it yesterday granted nominal value options over 2,213,393 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company to executive directors under the 2018 Long Term Incentive Plan.

The Options represent in aggregate 2.198 per cent of the existing issued share capital.

Details of the Options

The following options were issued under the Company's recently approved Long Term Incentive Plan 2018 with each award vesting on the achievement of certain performance targets over a three-year period (details of which were provided in the Notice of AGM, Appendix 1):
