Appointment of Digital Asset Adviser

 

Insig AI plc (AIM:INSG), a provider of AI-led analytics and machine learning solutions is pleased to announce that Lawrence Lundy-Bryan has been appointed its Digital Asset Adviser. This appointment follows the Company's recent announcement that it is considering various strategic options, one of which being establishing a fund dedicated to investments in digital assets and related enterprises.

 

Lawrence is an investor and strategist who combines early crypto experience with policy fluency and a broader technology lens. He was first involved in crypto in 2015 working with Intel on its distributed ledger technology strategy. He helped establish Outlier Ventures as Europe's first dedicated crypto fund in 2015 leading the investment strategy and research. Most recently, Lawrence has led research at Lunar Ventures, an early-stage deep tech venture fund. 

 

Lawrence has contributed to policy through the UK Cryptoasset Taskforce led by HM Treasury, the FCA, and the Bank of England. He also participated in the EU Commission Observatory on Blockchain. Lawrence was an expert adviser to the World Economic Forum on Central Bank Digital Currencies. 

 

The Company has granted to Lawrence Lundy-Bryan, options over 1,500,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 50p per Ordinary Share (the "Options"). The exercise price of 50p per Ordinary Share represents a premium of 117% to the closing share price on 30 September 2025 of 23p.  Options over 1,000,000 and 500,000 Ordinary Shares vest on 1 April 2026 and 1 April 2027 respectively. The Options are exercisable for three years from 30 September 2025.
