On 5 March 2015 the Company was informed that, on that day, Mr. Jolyon Head acquired 2,256 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of £3.90 per Share.
Following the transaction, Mr Head now holds 7,229 Shares, representing 0.06% of the Company's issued share capital.
