JSG, a leading UK textile services provider, announces that on 2 January 2019, Yvonne Monaghan, Chief Financial Officer, acquired 43,500 Ordinary Shares in the Company at nil cost from her husband, Ronald Monaghan.

Following this transaction, Yvonne Monaghan, together with her spouse, has an unchanged beneficial interest in the Company of 564,086 Ordinary Shares.
