Leeds Group plc announces that it has today been informed that on 3 June 2014 Sunningdale Investments Limited ("Sunningdale") purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company following which it now owns 1,700,000 ordinary shares, representing 6.14% of the Company's total voting rights comprising 27,674,342 ordinary shares in issue.
