Board Changes
At a board meeting following today's Annual General Meeting, Kathryn Davenport resigned as Non-Executive Chairman. Mr Jan Holmstrom was appointed to succeed her.
The directors anticipate that they will be in a position to announce the appointment of an independent non-executive director in the near future.
