ANNUAL ACCOUNTS 2010 APPROVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Board of Directors of Copeinca ASA has in its meeting on 26 April 2011,
discussed and approved the final annual accounts for 2010.  Audited financial
statements will be published separately.

The final annual accounts do not differ significantly from the preliminary
figures for 2010 published on 25 February 2011. The EBITDA calculated from the
audited accounts is USD 76.2 million for the year, the same as the result
published in the Q4 2010 Results.
