Mandatory notification of trade

Osterlin Luis Dyer Ampudia, a director of Copeinca
ASA, has made the following transaction:

On May 19th of 2011, Weilheim Investments S.L. sold
229,874 shares of Copeinca ASA at an average rate of
NOK 50.99 equivalent to USD 9.25 per share.
After this transaction, Weilheim Investments S.L.
holds 3,919,011 shares equivalent to 6.70% of the
total shareholding.
