ASA, has made the following transaction:

On June 22th of 2011, Weilheim Investments S.L. sold
7,773 shares of Copeinca ASA at an average rate of
NOK 46.96 equivalent to USD 8.63 per share.

After this transaction, Weilheim Investments S.L.
holds 3,509,130 shares equivalent to 5.99% of the
total shareholding.
