Copeinca: ANNUAL ACCOUNTS 2011 APPROVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

On 26 March, 2012, the Board of Directors of Copeinca ASA, discussed and
approved the final annual accounts for 2011.

The final annual accounts do not differ significantly from the preliminary
figures for 2011 published on 28 February 2012. The EBITDA calculated from the
audited accounts is USD 100 million for the year, the same as the result
published in the Q4 2011 Results.

Financial statements will be included in the Annual Report, which will be
published separately.
