ASA, has made the following transaction:
On May 16th of 2012, Weilheim Investments S.L. has
bougth 1,500 shares of Copeinca ASA at an
average rate of NOK 38.60 equivalent to USD 6.47 per
share.

After this transaction, Weilheim Investments S.L.
holds 3,149,030 shares equivalent to 5.38% of the
