On September 21st of 2012, Weilheim Investments S.L.
has
taken delivery from forward contracts:

- 125,000 shares of Copeinca ASA at an
average rate of 33 NOK equivalent to 5.75 USD per
share.
- 90,000 shares of Copeinca ASA at an
average rate of 42.29 NOK equivalent to 7.36 USD
per share.

After these transactions, Weilheim Investments S.L.
