In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), the Company announces that Karen Slatford, Non-Executive Senior Independent Director of the Company, has been appointed to the Board of Draper Esprit plc ("Draper Esprit") as a Non-Executive Director. Draper Esprit was admitted to trading today on AIM and the ESM, a market operated by the Irish Stock Exchange.
