The Company announces that it was informed on 8 August 2024, that Mr Michael Bell, Executive Chairman of the Company, has sold 2,054 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") at £9.90 per share. Mr Bell, subsequently purchased 2,017 Ordinary Shares at £9.915 per share into his ISA.

Following this, Mr Bell's beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares now comprises 2,889,031 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 17.84% of the Company's issued share capital (excluding shares held in treasury).
