MyHealthChecked plc (AIM: MHC), the consumer home-testing healthcare company, announces that Nicholas Edwards, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 125,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.849p per Ordinary share (the "Purchase"). Following the Purchase, Nicholas Edwards has a beneficial interest of 125,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.016 per cent. of the total issued share capital.
In addition, Lesley Innes, Non-Executive Director, purchased 250,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each at a price of 1.835p per Ordinary Share. Following the Purchase, Lesley Innes has a beneficial interest of 250,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.032 per cent. of the total issued share capital.
