Termination Costs	7. Termination Costs In September 2015, we reduced our workforce to decrease costs and better align our workforce with the needs of our business and current oil and gas prices. In connection with the reduction, we incurred $1.4 million in expenses, which was recorded in termination costs on our consolidated statements of operations. We also recorded a benefit of $0.3 million in share-based compensation expense related to the forfeiture of outstanding unvested shares of restricted stock in connection with our workforce reduction, which was recorded in general and administrative expense on our consolidated statements of operations.
