Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that it has been notified of the following transaction by a Next 15 director in the ordinary shares of 2.5p each of the Company (‘Ordinary Shares’):

Mr Richard Eyre CBE, Chairman of the Company, yesterday purchased 6,136 Ordinary Shares in London at a price of 242p per share. Following this transaction, Mr. Eyre is interested in a total of 197,993 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.27% of the Company’s issued share capital.
