(the "Company")

 

Grant of Options

 

The Company announces that on 1 May 2019 options (the "LTIP Options") were granted for nil consideration over a total of 59,600 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to certain PDMRs under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan, as approved by its remuneration committee. The LTIP Options may be exercised for nil cost on 1 May 2022, subject to the achievement of profit-based financial targets for the Company for the years ended 31 December 2019, 2020 and 2021.

 

Details of options granted to persons discharging managerial responsibility are set out below in compliance with Article 19 of Regulation 596/2014.
