Avianca Holdings S.A.’s Shareholders’ Meeting, in the ordinary meeting held on March 31, 2017, pursuant to the terms of the Pacto Social, elected the following non-independent members of the Board of Directors:

• German Efromovich (President)

• Jose Efromovich

• Raúl Campos

• Alex Bialer

• Roberto Kriete

Further, the Company informs that, pursuant to the Panamanian law applicable to the Company and because there was no agreed upon slate of independent directors, the current independent members of the Board of Directors will continue to serve.
