Avianca Holdings S.A. acquires Servicios Aeroportuarios Integrados SAI S.A.S.

Avianca Holdings informs that the conditions precedent set forth in the Investment Framework Agreement executed by and between Avianca Holdings and Servicios Aeroportuarios Integrados SAI S.A.S. (“SAI”) on October 17, 2017 (the “Agreement”) have been fulfilled. Today, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, Avianca Holdings has purchased from SAI newly issued shares representing a 90% equity interest in SAI.

SAI is a Colombian company with more than 30 years of experience in providing ground-handling services.
