Northern Bear plc (NTBR) was today informed that Nicholas Beaumont-Dark has acquired 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and that Mr Beaumont-Dark now holds 1,912,999 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 10.25 per cent. of the Company's currently issued share capital.
