13. Additional information:	Ruffer LLP now controls the voting rights over 11,313,026 shares (10% of the voting rights) of OMG Plc which are held by Ruffer LLP's discretionary clients. This change from 7% to 10% is due to Ruffer purchasing 5,775,863 shares in a recent placing and open offer of 31,055,172 shares. The new shares were admitted to the market on 22 July 2013.
