19 November 2014 LIMITLESS EARTH PLC ("Limitless" or the "Company") Directorate ChangesThe Board of Limitless is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Luca Serrias an independent Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.In addition, the Board announces that Mr Massimo Giampaolo has stepped downfrom the Board with immediate effect.Mr Serri has more than 20 years of experience in the advisory sector coveringfinancial planning, asset protection and corporate management. He brings to thecompany significant knowledge having held a number of directorships throughouthis career and from international experience, primarily in Switzerland, Italyand UAE. He started his career as a management consultant at InsubriaManagement s.r.l, and went on to hold a number of finance roles.Since 2001 he has focused on corporate finance advisory and private equityinvestment having joined Convergenza Com SA as CFO. In 2008 he co-founded AnexoEmirates LLC which focused on technology transfer and corporate relocation inthe Gulf region. He is currently a Director at Computio Finance SA, a globalalternative investment adviser, and founder to Librafid Sagl, a firm focused oninternational tax planning and corporate finance advisory.
