8. Accrued Liabilities

Accrued liabilities consist of the following (in thousands):

At October 31, 2013, approximately $1.1 million or 87 percent of total uninvoiced materials and services of $1.2 million, included in accrued liabilities, were payable to Power and Zheng Ge. At January 31, 2013, approximately $1.1 million or 85 percent of total uninvoiced materials and services of $1.3 million, included in accrued liabilities, were payable to Power and Zheng Ge. We ceased paying Zheng Ge during the course of the Bronx product recall (See Note 6).
